Our decision to allow a sale/purchase through any payment provider , whether listed or not , on the checkout page , shall  be Final and Binding . IT IS  STRICTLY ILLEGAL to ask your card issuer or bank to  reverse any payment made for the purchase of any item on our platform . The decision to refund a purchase lies EXCLUSIVELY with fabricsandcolours.com .

  21. Once payment is cleared, you will receive an automated confirmation email of your order. At that stage, you will not be able to add extra products to that particular order.
  22. We exercise the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavor to deliver your order to an address in any country in the world accordance with your selected delivery option , PROVIDED the country of delivery is NOT affected by any kind of EMBARGO .
  23. We endeavor to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and in the order in which they are placed. Delivery is normally through our logistic partners and depends on their ability to reach the point of delivery .  Though we aim to deliver within the communicated timeframe, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events.
  24. You may opt for a specific logistic partner , but the final decision on who the actual delivery partner will be , shall be decided by us , based on various factors .
  25. Goods once sold are (a) not exchangeable and (b) non-refundable.

    In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the product unused  and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a exchange, within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

    We do not accept returns or exchange gift certificates and jewellery, once dispatched unless it is a manufacturing defect.

    We do not offer returns on discounted merchandise or items on Promotions/ sale .

  41. For buyers from Mauritius , goods can be returned in original packaging and with Tags Unremoved , within 48 hours .
  42. For buyers outside of Mauritius , returns are accepted up to 10 days .
  43. Return payment processing may be subject to a bank processing fee , depending on payment processing platform and/or card issuer .
  44. ALL disputes are subject to the Laws of Mauritius .
