- Fabrics and Colours is not responsible for any damage after delivery. In the case of an extreme scenario please email or call our customer service team.
- Fabrics and Colours can consider return & exchange only in the case that a product is damaged , wrongly delivered or has missing parts which inhibits the proper use of the product .
- Product should be in its original packaging , with original tags UNREMOVED and UNUSED & with the product invoice.
- Postage & shipping cannot be refunded.
- Returns & exchange appeal is subject to thorough checking and inspection by Fabrics and Colours Team.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be entertained under the exchange/returns policy.
- Once the return / exchange request has accepted, we will process the same within 7 to 21 working days .
- No Refund shall be made once goods are sold. We can provide Store Credit Coupon Code (of the same value) against the same.
- Coupons are not valid on discounted products.
- You cannot club any 2 coupons on same order.
- Each item can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted.
- All products once purchased are non-refundable. In general, an item maybe eligible for return within 3 days from the date of successful delivery if it fulfils any of the following conditions:
