For you to order on, you will be required to:

  • Shop for the items you wish for (you may also add it to your Wishlist prior)
  • Add the items to your Cart
  • Proceed to Checkout
  • Enter Billing and Shipping information
  • Provide payment information
  • Review and submit your order
  • Check your Order Status on your account.
  • The Status Updates are also sent by email automatically

After you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us. Be sure to add the domain name to your safe senders’ or white list. The email will serve as confirmation that your orders have been well-received.

However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved or payment received by bank transfer. In case of Cash on Delivery, your billing and delivery address will be verified prior.

Our staff will be happy to provide you with a tracking number to track your parcel. Please contact us for your tracking number, and then input it on the DHL portal .

 If your item is In Stock, we can usually ship on the same day for orders placed before 04:00 pm, and the next day for orders placed after 04:00 pm. Our aim is to get your order on board with the courier within two business days of purchase.

If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
